Pets are not allowed at TheaterHotel De Oranjerie, with the exception of assistance and guide dogs. This policy applies to all rooms and our restaurants.

We kindly ask you to inform us in advance at the time of your reservation if you will be bringing an assistance dog.

Even when you are not staying with us, we would be delighted to welcome you for an extensive and well-cared-for breakfast.

Breakfast is possible from Monday to Sunday, subject to availability. We kindly advise you to make a reservation in advance by phone through our reception.

Rates:

• €22.50 per adult

• €12.50 for children from 4 to 12 years old

We are happy to provide a flavorful and relaxing start to your day.

For your convenience, we work together with Q-Park De Oranjerie, located directly next to the hotel. As a hotel guest, you benefit from a special rate of €8.50 per car per night.

Note: If you wish to use our special rate, please disable the automatic license plate recognition in the Q-Park app before entering the garage.

If your vehicle is not suitable for the parking garage, we kindly request you to contact the reception for alternative options.

Our exclusive Penthouse Suites feature a spacious private balcony where you can enjoy the views and surroundings in tranquility.

A number of rooms in the main building are equipped with a French balcony (not accessible to stand on & smoking is not allowed here). The rooms in the PTT-building do not have a balcony.

The hotel features a swimming pool and a modern fitness area where you can relax or start your day actively.

Although we do not have a general wellness area, we offer two special suites with a private sauna for an extra luxurious experience:

• The Penthouse Sauna Suite

• The PTT Sauna Suite

Would you like to surprise someone with a special experience? We offer three different gift cards:

• Van der Valk Gift Card - To be spent at all Van der Valk Loyal hotels (Van der Valk Exclusive is excluded).

• Podium Gift Card - To be used for theatrical performances.

• Theaterhotel De Oranjerie Gift Voucher - To be used in the hotel and in the restaurant.

The gift cards are available at our reception. Our staff will be happy to assist you in choosing an appropriate gift.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel, including all guest rooms and French balconies. A zero-tolerance policy applies.

If we determine that smoking has taken place in a room, a minimum charge of €250.00 will be applied. If the fire alarm is triggered as a result, you are required to leave the hotel immediately. In such cases, any payment made for the room will not be refunded.

Please note that disabling or covering the smoke detector may also trigger the fire alarm. Any damage to the detector, as well as costs incurred by the alarm response services, will be charged to you.

Smoking is permitted on the terrace and in the courtyard. Ashtrays are also available at the main entrance and hotel entrance.
